I was reading seismovision's documentation for Quake 3 Arena and noticed that it mentions to "Use the basic demo control maker to set you own demo controls."

Can someone tell me where can I find this basic demo control maker??

This feature has not yet been implemented. Currently only manual configuration is possible.
