TimeScale problem !!

Hello everybody !!
I try to record demo to avi (by Fraps) but TimeScale window not appear and is still on display - when I change time speed
Can I hide it ??
Please hel me !!

I have heard about fraps but never actually used it. Sorry cannot help you with that.
