Hi, How can I play ET 2.60b demos?

Hi,

I definetely have installed version 2.60b but Seismovision 3.0.334 gives me the following error messages when I try to run a demo:

Demo playback cannot commence! Your Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is not the latest version. Please upgrade/patch your game. If you manually changed the version of the game with Seismovision, please change it to the latest version again. Your current version is 1.00, required for this demo is 2.60b, latest is v2.60b.

Ok, found the solution to this:

I always just copied the 2.60b et.exe over as mentioned on several ET sites. You have to run the official updater which comes as an exe.
This way your "version.inf" gets updated as well:
