CoD4 Pam controls

Hi there, i have tried using seismovision for fast forwarding in demos, and have also tried load devmap, but when i do i get error and cod disconnects from "server".
Is there going to be a fix for this?

It also crashes if I try launching CoD2 with seismovision with the same error.
