I'm aware of some problems with Call of Duty with the new Seismovision v2.26

almost 5 months and u havent fixed it? i would really like to play my cod demos with ff

Put this in seismovison/data/call of duty/configs directory and you will have arrows to forward.... http://freeweb.siol.net/mih06jan/_Default.cfg

is there any key for rew-ing(play backward) demo ... cuz it is annoying to run it again if u miss somethink ...

There is no way to play a demo backwards if the game does not support it. Seismovision builds on existing game features and tries to make the best of it. Keypad 4 restarts a demo, then use fast forward to skip ahead. You should have the timer enabled to see where you are skipping to.
