I download Seismovision300beta.exe(size 16633KB md5 hash is
a46068d260b5460397fadd9e0a42d052 ) from website , and download Seismovision300b44.exe(size 3892KB md5 hash is 63d89926e4e4d29b78ecaee9c43886fd
) from update system. After I install Seismovision300b44.exe , the Seismovision still is Beta 31. And it cannot play COD2 demo. What should I do?
Version numbers like b31 and b44 and just reference numbers for me, v3.0.278 is the real version number and is currently the latest.
I am busy working with 'Ash Can' to address this problem. I hope to have an update to address this in the next few days. He had sent me the screen shots you posted already a few days ago.
According to your screen shots above, Half-Life (Counter-Strike Retail) is not installed in Seismovision. Goto Options, Seismovision, Game Management and click the button. Select the game you want to use with Seismovision and then click Ok. Configure the game, then try to play the demo.
Seismovision loads mp_farmhouse in devmap mode to enable demo controls. Without this, demo controls would not work.
Seismovision 3 works with the mod version of CS 1.6, the retail version and Steam source version. The mod or retail version have to be setup under Half-Life.
Half-Life Protocol to Version
dem (43) = v1.1.0.7
dem (45) = v1.1.0.9
dem (46) = v1.1.1.0
Protocol 47 is Steam.
If you want to play dem (46) demos, you need to have Half-Life v1.1.1.0 or Counter-Strike Retail v1.0.0.5 installed to play it. For dem (45) you need to have Half-Life v1.1.0.9 or Counter-Strike Retail v1.0.0.3 and for dem (43) you need to have Half-Life v1.1.0.4 or Counter-Strike Retail v1.0.0.1. I am not sure which mod version belongs to each protocol. Give it a try.
