How do we convert the dem2004 files to say wma, mp3, or avi files?

Have you tried replaying your demo and using Fraps to record as an Avi file then do with whatever you wish? It makes a big file so make sure you have space, then use a program like DiVx to reduce it to a more manageable if you wish to share
