Help with seismovision demo recording in COD

I open up my demo, and type /record to record the parts i like (isnt that what you do? o well if not tell me the default keys). But then it just stops the demo. Also, how do i make it so i can do that frame by frame thing to make a frag movie?

What programs do you use to make frag movies?

You can´t use /record. You have the demo already.

you can use the avidemo command to make pics of the demo. then put it together, to AVI, in another program (like JPGAvi). Or you can download FRAPS (makes avi of demos)
