how do i switch between players and things of that sort and when i bring upthe score screen it doesnt show the player names just the number of players on each team

You cannot, the game does not have any multi-view demo code and the demo are recorded in a single view. There may be some mods that can do this. The score display is also limited due to the demo format. Seismovision is dependend on the games features.
