cod demo problem

when i start the demo, it goes for about 3 seconds and closes, and in my demo folder a new demo gets created labeled my name. i installed the nee ava patch and that didnt fix it, any ideas? sometimes when it does it, it wont close, it will reload the map and do it over and over again.
