Does not work with CoD2 Steam version

No Demo's will open with the Steam version of CoD2, it simply says "Steam not found" and seismovision locks up.
The directories are all right and it says it found cod2 installed.
It also crashes if I try launching CoD2 with seismovision with the same error.
