This is a known problem. =) Put '+set monkeytoy 0 +set sv_cheats 1' in to the additional command line parameter box in the CoD options. That should fix most controls.

Read in the documenation under Notes > Call of Duty about the Demo Controls.

Seismovision 2 does not support the playing of Half-Life play lists. Thus none can be added in the play list editor. Seismovision 3 will have support for it. For now you can only play HL demos by double-clicking on them.

It depends on the game you are playing. Read in the documentation under 'Notes' to learn wich demo controls are available for particular game if any. Rewind is not possible in any game.

The are no plans for a Seismovision Linux version. Seismovision is written in MS Visual Basic. We all know how Linux and Windows love each other =P. I cannot program C++ yet, well, only a tiny bit ('Hello World' console application LOL). I will port once I have the knowhow and time to do it.
